Hello,

when a message is sent to an external recipient, the rich text body is usually converted to a HTML and/or plain text body (MS Exchange can be configured to send rich text messages (without conversion) to external recipients, but this is not advisable unless the recipient is also using MS Exchange server or Outlook: You may have already heard of the infamous WinMail.dat attachment).

Configuring the HTML text of your text module to be converted from rich text won't help in your case: Only text is converted, conversion of inline images in the rich text is not supported.

This means that you must explicitly specify the HTML text of your text module, making use of the embbeded image feature. Please see the topic 'Specifying Inline Image Files in HTML Text' in the documenation for more information about how to implement inline images.
