Hello,

1.) I assume that you're running the SL4NT service under the default account: LOCAL SYSTEM.

2.) "Access Denied (0xC0000005)" errors in NTDLL.dll are usually caused by system file corruption, hard disk errors or RAM errors.

Please execute the command line "SFC.exe /SCANNOW" to scan and repair system files. If possible also perform a CHKDSK operation.

Hi Franz,

1) Yes -- Local System.

2) SL4NT is running on a VM. SFC and CHKDSK reported zero errors.

Hello,

1.) Please export your SL4NT configuration to file (using SL4NT Manager) and then send the configuration file to support@netal.com for review.

2.) I will send you per e-mail debug builds of binary files and instructions on how to enable crash dump file creation.

-Franz
