I would be wary of using name and password, being sent in the clear, of =

user for authentication purposes.
What I can imagine is: To be able to assign a password to a channel, =

regard to a specific user.

There are currently no plans for implementing #5. But if you are looking =
for
a way to process syslog messages without any limitations, you should =
take a
look at our other product, System Script Host, which includes a built-in
syslog server (a sample syslog server script is provided).
