Problem with SL4NT03

Hello,
I tried to instal SL4NT03 on my Windows 2008 server r2. I need only simple service syslog, not an application.
When i tried to start service i got an error code 2 "The system cannot find the file specified". But the file is in c:\windows\system32 directory.

I'm sorry but SL4NT 0.3 is only supported on Windows versions up to Windows Server 2003.
