Failed to register the message processor agent

Hi i am trying to install disclaimit 4 on my hub transport server but i am getting the following error"failed to register the message processor agent" the server has windows server 2003 64 bits installed and i am using exchange server 2007

any ideas how to resolve this issue

Hello,

please do the following:

Execute the following command line from the directory where DisclaimIt40-x64.msi is located:

msiexec -i DisclaimIt40-x64.msi -lv inst.log

This will initiate the setup but with logging enabled. After the setup fails, please send me the log file inst.log

you didn't sent me yet the log file of a failed installation, as suggested.

Did you solve your problem in the meantime? If yes, what was the cause of your problem?
