indicating an error in performing file i/o.

Anyway, I will try to re-produce your problem but don't think I will be =

to do it (your problem has never been reported before).

Please check the NTFS permissions of the file. The SYSTEM account should =
be
visible in the ACL of the file with Full Control permission.
