Here's what you must do:

- Create two actions, one for logging to a file, another for sending =
e-mail
to the admin.
- Create two rules, one which doesn't specify a filter criteria and
associate the 'log-to-file' action with this rule. The second rule =
should
specify the filter criteria for the emergency messages and be associated
with the 'send-email' action.
