Hello Ali,

the log files show that three messages (at 11:38, 11:39, 11:54) from you were processed by DisclaimIt, which added the 'dsc' text module. The demo disclaimer was not added, according to the log files.

Please send me the received hotmail messages (good and bad ones).
Which conditions have you configured on the Exchange transport rule for the processing rule?

Hello Ali,

>but the problem is body of message contain just rich text not html text.
>I want html text to be appear not rich text .

DisclaimIt adds the text type of a text module (rich text, HTML text, plain text) according to the type of the message body: This means that if the message has a rich text body, the rich text part of a text module is added. If the message has a HTML text body, the HTML text part of a text module is added.

Hello,

I have added 2 new text modules HTML disclaimers. But for some reason just one shows. I have edited the HTML script from the one who doesn't show but still when an e-mail is being sended it just won't come with it. All of the others are but just that one isn't

Can anyone help me here?

Hello,

>But for some reason just one shows

could it be that the HTML text of this text module contains ONLY HTML tags and no visible text?

If yes, then this explains your problem: Due to the duplicate text detection enabled in the used placement policy, the text (only visible text, not HTML text), which is an empty string, is part of the message and therefore not added again.

You can:

-Use a custom placement policy for this text module, where you disable duplicate text detection.
-Add some visible, unique text to the HTML text.
-Merge this text module with another one, which contains visible text.

If no, then activating diagnostics logging will help to detect the cause of your problem.

Hello,

This is what I've done:

- Made from the 2 HTML scripts 1 (merged). Result: Failed... just one showed.
- Edited the HTML script. Result: Failed
- There is HTML tags with visible text. Result: Failed
- Checkd the Placement Policy. Result: Failed .. The duplicate detection is off
- In the active diagnostics there is no failure detected.

Now I'm really stuck.

Please send me:

- Your configuration file 'Global.xml'
- Copies of messages which illustrate the outcome
- The diagnostic log files (please indicate the sender and recipient addresses of the test messages)
