On the properties page of the server there are no active users

The processing rules is enabled.

The managementlog contains:

What could be wrong?

could it be that you are using an older version of DisclaimIt 4.x, not v4.5, and that you installed MXS Exchange 2007 SP2? In this case, please check out the topic Applying MXS 2007 SP2 cause DisclaimIt to no longer process messages - How to resolve

 . The recommended way to solve this problem is to upgrade to v4.5, which automatically takes care of this isue.
