we often send as a mail group and need the signature. we tried to use the file extensionAttribute1 - 15 but when we send as the mail group the fields are not filled in the signature. When we send as a user with the same signature the extensionAttribute fields are readed.

Hi Sven,

your problem is caused by the fact that DisclaimIt 4.x will only lookup AD-attributes of an originator if the originator is a mailbox or public folder.

A workaround in your case would be to create a mailbox to use in place of a group for sending messages and to configure on the mailbox to forward received messages to the group.
