Hi, we're having issues using the Insert Into placement policy.

We have so far only seen this on HTML reply (not sure about forwards) emails, where on occasion the signature is added at the end of the message instead of below the reply.

The signature should be appearing just below the 'Cheers'.


But it's appearing right at the bottom of the message (highlighted by a red box).


I can't tell what the issue is, I've looked at the source for messages that have worked and ones that have failed and they don't seem to be different. I haven't change the search pattern for Disclaimit's Insert Into policy, left it as the default.

the reason for your problem can only be that the used default search pattern does not work for some of your messages, depending on the mail client used and how it formats replies/forwards.

Please send me by normal e-mail (franzk@netal.com) copies of such messages in question as attachments and I'll look at them to come up with an extension to the default search pattern. Also tell me the e-mail client being used for each of the messages you'll sent me.
